Main Trailer For The Batman Released

“If this continues, it won’t be long before you’ve nothing left”

It’s been one year since DC Fandome dropped our first look at The Batman. With it’s triumphant return, we got a second look. A much bigger look. You can watch the trailer below:

The trailer digs deeper into what this version of the dark knight will be up against. We get (almost) a good luck at Paul Dano’s Riddler, some fun shots of Colin Farrell’s Penguin, a lot to play with for Zoë Kravitz’s Catwoman, plus a first proper look at Andy Serkis’ Alfred Pennyworth.

We can also now fully believe the news that the film is acting like a Noir detective story. We get some inspired shots that sniff of David Fincher’s Seven and Zodiac.

Are we in for the darkest telling of the Batman mythos to date? It is quite possible. Tim Burton…they’re coming for our title.
