Equality is thankfully a growing movement in the world. Especially in Hollywood. With lines becoming more and more blurred every day in terms ethnicity and film roles, who is to say people of colour can’t take on characters that are historically caucasian?

Laurence Fishburne as Perry White in Man of Steel and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Jeffrey Wright and Zoë Kravitz playing Commissioner Gordon and Selina Kyle/Catwoman in 2022’s The Batman respectively. Casting choices that should be encouraged and pushed further.

In light of the Black Lives Matter movement, we at ScreenHeads show our support by giving our take on an all black cast for a Superman film series.
