Truth be told, we’ve had our fair share of the fictional adventures in Sherwood Forest. But, it is inevitable that we’ll get another big screen outing for Robin Hood and his band of merry men at some point!

Because of this, we at ScreenHeads have put our casting hats on and clumped together our top picks for the cast. To refresh your memories, here’s (in our opinion) the trailer for the most faithful interpretation of the Robin Hood story – 1991’s Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves starring Kevin Costner and the late great Alan Rickman…just try to ignore Costner’s non-British accent:
