First Trailer Released For House of Gucci

Lady Gaga makes her big screen comeback

The long awaited first trailer for Sir Ridley Scott’s has finally been unveiled:

The crime-driven biopic follows the murder of fashion boss Maurizio Gucci (played by Marriage Story‘s Adam Driver) in 1995. Gaga plays ex-wife and murderer of Gucci, Patrizia Reggiani.

Though the film has built up tension and controversy from the Gucci family, it is already picking up Oscar buzz.

The film boasts a stellar cast aside from Driver and Gaga. We also have Justice League‘s Jeremy irons, Suicide Squad‘s Jared Leto and Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood‘s Al Pacino filling out the ensemble. Quite impressive, don’t you think? The trio complete the Gucci family of the film alongside Driver.

For Gaga’s first loop back to film since 2018’s A Star is Born, she’s certainly making for a great track record.

House of Gucci is released in the US on November 24 for both cinemas and streaming on Paramount+. The UK release the film in cinemas only two days later on November 26.
