Fan-Cast: Live-Action Spider-Man TV Series
Our fan-cast senses are tingling…
Did you know the last time we had a live-action Spider-Man on TV was in the 1970s? Back then Nicholas Hammond played the web-slinger. As you would expect, back then our hero didn’t look so great when swinging around, and our villains were more your run of the mill mobsters and street gangs.
With shows such as The Flash, Stargirl and Daredevil being ever popular, and our big screen Spider-Man experience beginning to fatigue, would a TV approach give us something fresh? We’d get to delve into the character much more with at least 10 hours each year as opposed to two and a half hours every three years or so.
