New Trailer For The Flash Season 7 Released

Killer Frost returns and Barry enters the Mirrorverse

A second trailer for the seventh season of The Flash has finally been released. Watch it below:

The trailer has been released ahead of it’s release on March 2nd. The show was due to return February 23rd but was pushed back. This was due to Superman & Lois’ debut episode filling the slot instead.

After Season 6 of the hit show was cut short due to Covid-19, production was left on hold. This meant episode 20 paused after 90% was filmed. From the looks of the trailer, the story is expected to pick up where we left off with an almost-powerless Barry and the rest of Team Flash working to break Iris out of the Mirrorverse, with Barry even travelling there. This is all whilst Eva McCulloch/Mirror Mistress continues her evil scheming.

The new season will also deal with the fallout of Sue Dearbon being framed for the murder of Joseph Carver, with Ralph Dibny/The Elongated Man helping to clear her name. Having said that, we shouldn’t expect Dibny to help for long (at least not the version we know); actor Hartley Sawyer being fired after racist tweets from years back were unearthed.

The Flash returns to The CW in the US on March 2. A return date for Sky One in the UK is yet to be announced.
