Atlanta Seasons 3 & 4 Start Filming In March
Earn is back!
Get ready for the return of Paper Boi and his team! The Hollywood Reporter has found out that FX’s hit show is due to start filming in March. What’s better is seasons 3 AND 4 will be filmed back-to-back.
Production on the Donald Glover-fronted show was due to resume last year, but unfortunately Covid caused everything to halt. With the first season airing back in 2016 and the second season not airing until March 2018 due to Glover’s busy schedule, it’s fair to say that fans are eager for the show to return.

However, things may be tricky now that Glover has parted ways with the show’s network, FX. Glover recently signed an eight-figure, multi-year deal with Amazon. The deal reportedly include projects for Glover to write, produce and/or star in. It will also include a section on the streaming service that spotlights his work.
With Glover now working so closely with Amazon, how could this effect his work on Atlanta and with FX in general? This comes hot off the heels of the news that both Glover and his Solo co-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge will be co-executive producing/starring in a TV version of Mr & Mrs Smith. The show is due to start streaming next year.

Atlanta‘s first and second seasons can be found in iPlayer and Disney+ now.
