First Trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Officially Released
“Things just got out of hand…”
After acting as a post-credit scene for Spider-Man: No Way Home, the first official trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has been unveiled.

The first look features echoes of dialogue from No Way Home, hinting that the events of the film lead into the fallout that Strange must now deal with.
The trailer offers hints at elements of the story. This includes Rachel McAdams’ Christine Palmer getting married, Strange needing Wanda Maximoff’s help in fixing the multiverse, the return of a dreadlock-sporting Mordo and the unexpected return of What If…‘s Supreme Strange. We also get our first look at Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez/Miss America.

The Multiverse element of the MCU has been hinted at since as early as 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home, the first film in Phase Four. With direct references in the likes of Loki, WandaVision and What If…, it was only a matter of time before we finally got a full blown introduction to this side of the MCU.
No Way Home is said to be a small introduction to what Madness in the Multiverse has to offer. With that being said, that the quick looks at Fox’s Marvel logo in the trailer, can we expect faces from other Marvel universes to pop up? Only time will tell.
