First Trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi Series Revealed

Duel of the Fates still gives those chills, right?
Two months ahead of it’s premiere on Disney+, the first trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi has finally been let loose.
You can watch the teaser below:
The series will explore Obi-Wan’s self-imposed exile on Tatooine 10 years after the events of Revenge of the Sith. What the series’ arc will have him doing? We don’t know. But we expect more than just shooting womp rats in a T-16. We do know that when we first meet up with him, he’ll be blending into his surroundings on Tatooine, working to not draw attention by any means necessary.
The trailer gives a few hints about what we’ll be seeing in the limited series’ six-part run. Obi-Wan is clearly also keeping to his word of watching over young Luke Skywalker, but is keeping his distance as hinted in A New Hope with an older Luke only knowing him as “Ben Kenobi” and a strange hermit.
We can’t not mention the live-action introduction of The Inquisitors. The Queen’s Gambit’s Moses Ingram will be playing Inquisitor Reva, with Rupert Friend apparently taking on the role of The Grand Inquisitor. In Star Wars lore, Inquisitors are force-sensitive individuals tasked with hunting Jedis. One guess as to who they’re looking for on Tatooine.
The trailer and the first official images released alongside also show us a first look at Joel Edgerton’s return as Luke’s Uncle Owen. It is expected that any communication between Owen and Obi-Wan will be quite frosty as the former tends to blame the latter for everything that has happened with Luke’s father. You may be aware of who that is?

The trailer and images offer no first look at the return of Darth Vader, but his iconic breathing can be heard as the title appears on screen. Maybe a second trailer will give us more of the sith lord?
Obi-Wan Kenobi is due to premiere on Disney+ on May 25.
