Amazon are on the look out for a new Mrs Smith
Phoebe Waller-Bridge has left Amazon’s series adaptation of movie Mr & Mrs Smith starring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Glover however, who came up with the idea for the show, will stay attached. He remains as co-creator, executive producer and star of the show.
Sources say Waller-Bridge and Glover did not part on bad terms. Reports explain the pair “remain friends following what was described as an amicable split”. The female lead is now due to be recast for Glover’s on-screen wife.
